B\u00f6lgesel merkez yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, dolayl\u0131 i\u015f yarat\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kabul eder; b\u00f6ylece yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar do\u011frudan i\u015fletmeyi y\u00f6netmeden vize alabilir. Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ba\u015fvuruyu Amerika i\u00e7inde iken yap\u0131yorsa, uygun vize takvimi varsa bu formla e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak I-485 (stat\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ba\u015fvurusu) da yap\u0131labilir.
